How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment on our online booking system through our website or Instagram.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We advise clients on wearing comfortable clothing. If your service or treatment requires specific attire, you will be instructed prior to your appointment date.

What if I am late for my appointment?

It is Recommend for clients to arrive on time or notify us within the allowed given time frame to prevent any disappointments and loss of appointment. Please refer to our cancelation policy for further details.

What is your cancellation policy?

Can I request a specific therapist or esthetician?

Yes, if available, you may book your appointment with the service provider of your choice if they offer the service, you are looking for.

Can I bring my kids or a guest with me to my appointment?

No. Per our policy on clients bringing anyone to their appointment, it is not permissible. For privacy to our clients and staff only the individual with the appointment is allowed in our treatment facility. In the case that the client is a minor, an accompanying adult is required. Special accommodations can be made for certain clients in need of assistance from another individual.

How often should I schedule facial treatments for optimal benefits?

The optimal frequency for booking a facial can vary based on individual skin needs, concerns, and the type of facial treatment received. Generally, here are some guidelines:

Monthly Facials- For maintaining healthy skin and addressing common concerns.
Seasonal or Quarterly Facials- Some individuals may opt for facials every season (every three months) to address changes in weather and environmental conditions. Seasonal facials can help with skin adaptation and adjusting skincare routines accordingly.
Targeted Treatments- If you have specific skin concerns or are undergoing a series of treatments for issues such as acne or hyperpigmentation, your esthetician may recommend more frequent sessions initially, followed by a maintenance schedule.
Event or Special Occasion Facials- If you are preparing for a special event like a wedding, Quinceanera, or a photoshoot, you might consider scheduling a facial closer to the event date. However, it is advisable not to try new treatments too close to the event to avoid potential skin reactions. Always let your esthetician know if you plan on attending an event shortly after your treatment.
At-Home Skincare Maintenance- In between facial sessions, maintaining a consistent at-home skincare routine is essential for optimal results. Your esthetician can guide you on products suitable for your skin type and concerns. Ask about our wonderful “in-between facial sessions” treatment to maintain your skin radiant.

Do you offer Brazilian wax treatment for men?

Yes. All our waxing services are offered for both men and women.

Do you have male and female service providers for massage?

Yes. We currently have two female masseuse and one male available for massage services. Male service provider is booked per request only depending on availability.

Is there any downtime for body sculpting services?

Although body sculpting services requires special after care instructions, there is no downtime involved. Our body sculpting treatments are non-invasive and pain free. This makes it easy for our clients to return to their daily living routine.

Can I book and receive multiple treatments in one visit?

We offer combo package deals from time to time that include multiple services such as “massage & facial combo”. If the service provider has availability and the services do not counteract with each other, multiple services may be performed per appointment visit.
