Appointment / Cancellation Policy

If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 24-hour notice. Please understand that when you do not cancel or show up for an appointment, it is a cost to us. You can reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour notice. We understand that emergency situations arise, however, that is out of our control and it affects our scheduling if you do not show or notify us of any cancellations. A 15-minute late grace period will be allowed, however, if you do not contact us to notify that you will be late more than 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and a fee will apply. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, you will be rescheduled if there is no availability. 

If you cannot provide us with a 24-hour notice, we will impose the following fees:

“No Show” for session: Loss of session in your treatment service/package (Deposit and all Payments are Non-Refundable)

*Possible no-show banned for services with SNAP Bod Beauty & Wellness, LLC

*Payment for scheduled treatment will be due and charged prior to scheduling a new session if allowed. 

“Same day” cancellation: Cancelation fee of $50 will be due at the time of scheduling prior to next scheduled session.

“Running Late” for session: $10, if not notified within the same day.
